SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia and $200 in New Zealand.
Standard Shipping on all orders under $120 within Australia is charged at $8.95 flat rate, Express post is $12.20.
Standard Shipping for all orders to New Zealand is charged at $20 flat rate.
Express Post is $30 to New Zealand.
We also offer free local pickup and delivery from the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we will be in contact with you to organise if you select this option. Free delivery is available in a 15km radius of Heidelberg, with a minimum spend of $20. We have had to decrease our radius for delivery due to the current lockdown in Melbourne. All items excluding the Bub Nest are available for pick up or delivery within 2 days. Bubs Nest will be directly shipped to you due to size.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We will let you know if this will be delayed for any reason.
You will be sent tracking information once your items are shipped.
Australia Post have provided the following estimated standard delivery times.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, these can sometimes be delayed.
Metropolitan Melbourne: Up to 2 Business Days
Rest of Australia: Up to 5 Business Days
New Zealand: 5-7 Business Days

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange for items that are an incorrect fit. Any items returned must be in original condition with all tags & labels attached and must be unwashed and unworn.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind. If your items are an incorrect fit or faulty you must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order where we'll inspect the item/s to ensure it is in original condition, before a replacement item/s or store credit is provided.

Please note we do not offer free returns or exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage to and from us for all returns and exchanges.
If we don’t have the item in stock that you would like to exchange for, we will issue you with a credit.
